There are two ways to get mails from outlook.com in andriod mobile phone
Login to your outlook account on Pc.
on right side there is setting tab click on it
select OPTION , a new page will be opened
select "Connect devices and apps with POP"
Select "Enable " and "Save"
Again on the same page click on link "Other ways to connect to your inbox"
A new page will be opened with details of incoming and outgoing server settings and port no .
insert these details to email client app in Android phone .

- By setting the pop3 ,imap or smtp
